About Lamont Builds
A design-and-build company based in West London, working across west and central London and the Home Counties.
What we do
Lamont Builds delivers house extensions, loft conversions, full renovations and interior works as one accountable build — design, structure and finish carried by the same team, from the first site visit to the final snag. This website is our shop window and our working tool: real case studies from completed projects, plain-English guides to our services, local planning and costs, and an enquiry form that delivers straight into our private client portal, where every project is tracked from quotation to handover.
Who it is for
The site is written for homeowners planning a significant project — a rear extension in Barnes, a loft conversion in Richmond, a full renovation in Chelsea or Hampstead — who want to see finished work, read how the process runs and understand what things cost before they pick up the phone. Our service and cost guides cover the areas we actually build in, from the riverside villages of SW London to the boroughs of the centre and out to the Home Counties.
Who builds it
Lamont Builds Limited — a Federation of Master Builders member firm run from Barnes Village, where two of our completed projects stand within a short walk of each other. The company, the site and every project are run by the same people: the team you meet at the first site visit is the team that carries your build through structure, joinery and finish.
