The last two percent is what you look at every day. We snag properly and come back until the list is empty.

Layout and space planning
We get involved in how the space actually works, not just how it is built. Interior layouts, space planning and design ideas for cabinetry, including kitchens, wardrobes and bathroom layouts.
On one recent project we presented an interior layout drawing to help the client picture the finished space before a wall moved.

Building control sign-off, a full snag walk-round, and we come back until the list is genuinely empty.
