The projects scale accordingly — major extensions, full renovations and, where the plot and policy align, replacement dwellings.Elmbridge Council has consented quality replacement houses on the estates consistently, and its planning service publishes the design expectations we work to. Everything runs as a design and build contract with the same teams and standards as our London jobs.
